Not much is known about the upcoming Madame Web film despite it swinging into theaters in less than a year. According to one of the film’s producers, they’ll be exploring a new origin for Cassandra Webb that hasn’t been seen in the comics. Madame Web serves as an interesting intersection in the Spider-Man comics of being an incredibly obscure character that’s also incredibly important.
